Random Top FAQ |
Q. How do you avoid messy discussion threads? A. Three ways. First, we actively monitor the active dialog editing or adjusting content to help identify the best answer. Second, we provide three levels of discussion. When some one posts a question you my reply by adding either an answer or a "response" to a posted answer. This way all answers are cleanly organized and displayed. Answers may also collapse showing only the title to reduce screen space. Third, when all the answers are posted, the member asking the question adds a final consolidated "best answer" into the original question post.

Q. Why should I ask questions here when I am accustomed to use another resource? A. Our forum has many advantages over other resources. For instance, we include taxonomy for searching, sort by user, title, subject, and date, we enable posting of YouTube multimedia, documents, pictures, and highlighted URL links. We also support unlimited "responses" or comments against each answer. As the topic lists grow we will further organize the questions by community. We show more social aspects of the discussion threads including name, country, experience and contact options.
Q. Who may submit questions? A. All members may submit questions. To become a member of the ECMINSTITUTE you simply register at ECMHUB.com
Q. What does it cost to submit a question? A. Questions are completely free to post. From time to time we may ask for an annual Membership Benefit Fee to help offset the cost of the Association. You are under no obligation to pay this fee for past posts.
Q. What type of questions can I ask and how do I know you will be able to answer them? A. You may ask any question related to content management. We will answer each question. If you do not receive a satisfactory answer within a few days our staff will suggest other resources that may help.
