AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT
PARTIES: This AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT has been modified and officially effective at its earliest date of January, 13, 2021 by "The ECM Institute". You, as the AFFILIATE of The ECM Institute agree to the following provisions:
NATURE OF PARTNERSHIP: The company, "The ECM Institute", which is referred to as an information technology and training and consulting business, located at 511 Main Street, Fiskdale, MA, 01518, agrees to allow you, as the AFFILIATE, market and promote The ECM Institute under agreeable Terms and Conditions, which have been highlighted in this AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT, and the AFFILIATE, being the person who reads and agrees to these terms, agrees to work with the company, "The ECM Institute" according to the Terms and Conditions in this AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- NATURE OF AFFILIATION: By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT, the AFFILIATE should follow and coordinate with the company, "The ECM Institute", in regards to specific training, marketing, promoting, and publicizing, in order to promote products and services sold by "The ECM Institute".
- TERM: This agreement is official and effective on the date in which you read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Unless this AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT is terminated by either parties listed in this agreement, modified, in which requires a new agreement to be read and accepted, this agreement shall continue indefinitely in accordance with the Terms and Conditions written in this AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The company, "The ECM Institute" is responsible in communicating with the Affiliate of details pertaining to the specifics on what products and services the company currently sells, as well as how to sell those products and services.
COMPENSATION: For this AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT, the company, "The ECM Institute" agrees to pay the Affiliate 20% from the prices listed for each product or service. The Affiliate will be paid at the end of the first week of the following month. The payment from the Company, "The ECM Institute" has the right to change this percentage at anytime, and the Affiliate of this AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT shall be notified in a timely manor of this change.
