ECM Institute, owned by eWide Technology Solutions, Inc., reserves the right to cancel any online virtual training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. A notice with intent to cancel or reschedule will be emailed to each registered participant. The option to reschedule for a future course date or receive a full refund of the paid class registration fees will be given.

Refund Policy:
At the time of registration, payment in full is made. Students may cancel for a full refund, less a $35 processing fee per student, at least 21-days in advance of the start of class. For cancellations after the 21 day period, 50% of the training fee is non-refundable. Students have the option to reschedule the training without penalty.
